Cancellation Requests

To cancel your booking, please submit a written request via email or through our contact form. The date of your cancellation request will determine your refund eligibility.

Refund Eligibility

  • 90 days or more before departure**: Full refund minus a processing fee.
  • 89 to 60 days before departure**: 50% refund.
  • 59 to 30 days before departure**: 25% refund.
  • Less than 30 days before departure**: No refund.
